Super Simple omelette

Serves 4

Method

  • Break eggs into a bowl
  • Stir in the Kale, Chicken and chopped Onion
  • Tip into a pre-heated frying pan
  • Cook until lightly brown
  • Turn over and cook until brown
  • Turn onto plate and enjoy
